An independent monitor exports status signals, aggregated Application Insights data, and configured Azure Resource Health data to a JSON file hourly. Resource Health describes the resource state reported by Azure, not connectivity or a successful SQL query. This dashboard only reads that file. Each card shows the latest measurement in its history; missing signals remain unknown. Outdated data is explicitly marked.
Metrics come from configured Application Insights queries.
